I've also made up a nice Potpourri with items that are readily available.
1 orange thinly sliced; 1 lemon thinly sliced; 4 large cinnamon sticks; 2 whole nutmegs; pine cones; and a few cloves. I still had a few roses in my garden so I have added some dried rose petals to the mix as well. I put everything into a large glass jar (or a large plastic bag) and added my essential oil synergy of Sweet Orange 10 drops; Lemon 10 drops; cinnamon 2 drops; nutmeg 1 drop; clove 1 drop. I will leave everything in my glass jar to mature until I'm ready to put it out on the weekend in a pretty glass bowl.
I hope that you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving with friends and family. I know that I will. I have so much to be grateful for and it's lovely to have a time of year to focus on this.
You might also get some ideas of what to make from the e-Book Aromatic Gifts for all ages and for all seasons. In class workshops will continue to be offered once a month throughout the year.

Aromatherapy Courses are available to start at any time during the summer - so if you are looking for something to do this summer perhaps one of our aromatherapy courses is the way to go.
If you don't want something as formal as a course perhaps you'll find what you are looking for in one of our E-books or our aroma massage DVD.
