Keeping On Track

Today, time seems to have a habit of slipping away really quickly and sometimes even the best intentions get waylaid by life. When I started this blog I was going to post to it in a regular fashion but I'm horrified to see that it has been 9 months since I posted.

In the last little while I have had some personal changes including moving my home and business to a new location and going back to my maiden name. Now that I have settled again I think it is time for me to resurrect the blog and try and keep posting on it more regularly.

Perhaps I'll need to resort to a Bach Remedy to keep me on tract ;-) While Hornbeam would certainly help with procastination I'm not sure which one would give me more time in the day or keep me on track when 'life' interferres. Any suggestions? I do have a listing on my website on Bach Flower Remedies if you'd like to play.

I guess the best way to get back on track doing anything you want to do is to just start again and do a little bit every day or every week. So I'm going to try again. I don't promise to post every day but I will make the commitment to post more often. Hmmm what essential oil blend could I use to keep my commitment going? I'll have to think on that one as of course different oils work better for different people. in the meantime if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Also if anyone has any particular topics they want me to post onto the blog let me know as well. My quarterly Newsletter on the website has a regular format - generally a new oil, a condition and some blends every quarter - but the blog is more informal and so it is much more flexible.
